Jim Folliard is the co-owner and head cinematographer of the Fairfax Video Studio. Jim has been honing his photography and videography skills for over twenty years.
Jim is a Virginia native who has spent his entire life living and working in the area. Jim is very well known in the DC metropolitan area for his work with local restaurants, athletes, car dealerships, night clubs, and other business owners. It is not uncommon to catch one of Jim's commercials on TV as well as large venues such as the Jumbotron at Fed Ex Field.
Jim is married to Shuggie Folliard and they live in Herndon, Virginia with their two kids Gigi and Jimmy. Jim is also the owner of Gearshift Productions LLC.

Education:
Following his graduation from West Springfield High School Jim enrolled at Radford University in southwest Virginia. Jim graduated with a degree in Small Business Management and began to pursue his career behind the lens.

Community Activities:
Jim is extremely active in the community. In his free time Jim plays basketball in a men's league. He was recently crowned MVP of his championship team. Jim enjoys working out at the gym and engaging in various outdoor activities. Jim is a proud family man and much of his free time is spent with his wife in kids at their home in Herndon.
