Great Legal Marketing "No Smart Lawyer Left Behind" Video Wrap Up

Ben Glass and his team at Great Legal Marketing recently hired Northern Virginia videographer and photographer Jim Folliard to cover their “No Smart Lawyer Left Behind” Rescue Mission in Chicago. The goal of the conference was to educate and encourage lawyers to take control of their marketing, their business and ultimately their lifestyle. For small business owners, work is more than just a way to make money. It’s a passion and a way of life.
These lawyers asked great questions and Ben Glass, as well as partners Rem Jackson of Top Practices and Tom Foster of Foster Web Marketing, had the answers. Ben Glass, the father of nine children, lawyer and owner of three businesses, had the foresight to give Jim a call and make sure he was going to be there. Most of the lawyers probably left feeling a bit overwhelmed with all of the great ideas but if this didn’t inspire them to take action, nothing will. Luckily for this group, the whole conference is captured on tape and will be available on DVD soon.
Jim’s mission was two-fold. First and foremost, he aimed to capture the speakers in 720p high-definition video with crisp, professional audio. Armed with his Sony EX-1 video camera, miles of audio cables and a few wireless microphones, he made sure that every inspiring word uttered by Ben, Rem and Tom was captured forever.
The second piece of Jim’s work is what really separates him as one of the best videographers in Northern Virginia. During breaks, he grabbed his Nikon D300s and a wireless microphone to interview the attendees and vendors. He asked a few interesting questions, made them feel at ease on camera and gathered footage that Ben Glass and Great Legal Marketing can use when marketing their next conference. Trial lawyers tend to be strong speakers and the footage turned out great. Great Legal Marketing got their money's worth because of Jim’s hard work, which will pay off this spring as they prepare for another conference in Fairfax, VA. Thanks to Ben’s tireless preparation, some help from Rem and Tom and Jim’s video expertise, the conference was a rousing success. Thanks to all who came, we’ll see in April!
