Read All TestimonialsAs of Tuesday, April 27, 2010, Verizon FiOS TV customers will now be able to watch YouTube videos in the comfort of their living rooms.
Verizon just announced that YouTube has joined Veoh, blip.tv and Dailymotion in offering online videos on the FiOS TV. Customers with a DVR or HD set-top box can use their remote controls to access the wide array of user-generated videos on the Internet.
According to Verizon, customers can easily access the thousands of videos that are available daily on YouTube. The advantage to using the FiOS TV is that these online videos can be viewed on the biggest screen in the house. “No more huddling around the laptop to show friends and family your favorite clips,” said Verizon.
Supposedly, searching YouTube videos on the FiOS TV is easy and can be accomplished using keywords or various categories, including, “most watched” and “top rated.” Once an online video is located, it can be viewed in full screen mode, just like regular television.
If you are a business owner or marketer, now is the time to start using Web video to promote your products or services. To find out how the Fairfax Video Studio can help you, contact us today at 877.477.STUDIO or fill out our contact form.
